Writing is therapeutic by nature and offers a creative way of expressing what is currently relevant in ones life. I have developed a writing workshop which focuses on self exploration and expression. I use simple exercises which encourage one to channel their feelings and issues into a creative outlet. Within a safe and trusting atmosphere the experience is often moving, surprising and beneficial on many levels.
